Usually, an initial payment of £1000 is all it takes to reserve a property. We like our clients to be confident and happy with their purchase, so we do recommend that you go out and take a look at what you are buying. After paying your money to reserve a property, each developer has a 'cooling off' period which is normally around 14 days. If you change your mind within their specified period, your reservation money will be refunded less £99 administration fee.Return to FAQs click here
